Dutch Metal Records signs DOWNSWITCH!
  
   
DUTCH METAL RECORDS has signed a deal with Danish Metal act DOWNSWITCH! DOWNSWITCH is set to release their long awaited debut-cd 'LET CLARITY DESCEND FROM BLACKENED SKIES' On January 28th, 2010.

The album is mixed & mastered by Tue Madsen, who has worked with bands such as Vader, Gorefest, Moonspell, Dark Tranquility and many others. DOWNSWITCH will support the release of 'Let Clarity …..' with extensive touring, dates will be announced soon! Upcoming release Dark Remains
  
 
More than 10 years after the foundation, Dutch Metal Records will release the third album of death metal band Dark Remains,
entitled “A Construct to Obliterate”. The album contains eight raw death metal tracks with a very sharp old school edge.

Dark Remains’ style, clearly recognizable on their first two albums (Death Manifestation 2002, Planet Earth Scourged 2007), is distinctly present on the new album as well; doom-parts are succeeded with faster death metal riffs and weird timings are not avoided. Those who are already familiar with Dark Remains’ music will not be disappointed! The new singer completes the Gouda-based band with an impressive
raw grunt. After this frontman was found during the release of “Planet Earth Scourged”, the band was strengthened with a guitarist and new bass-player. This line-up is stronger than ever! A few gigs this year throughout the country, carried out with dedication and pleasure, proove that the guys of Dark Remains are totally ready to assault the stage.


The release date is set at the 31th of August 2009.

European tour LOWBROW,
WARMASTER support act BENELUX
  
 

The original lineup of the Florida-based death metal band LOWBROW has scheduled a 10-date European tour starting on October 30 in Gouda, the Netherlands. Support on the trek will come from Belgium's BLOODWRAITH and Switzerland's REQUIEM. WARMASTER from Holland will also play the first two shows. The band writes, "This is LOWBROW's first tour of Europe and we know that it is long overdue. Experience LOWBROW the way you should...LIVE!!!!"

The dates are as follows:

This month DUTCH METAL RECORDS closed an exclusive distribution & promotion deal with Dutch label Rock Inc. Through this deal all our products will become available via every local record store or mail-order Company in the Benelux. The first release coming out of this cooperation is WARMASTER - 'FIRST WAR', new arrivals will be announced soon.

WARMASTER, which recently signed to Dutch Metal Records, have posted a new song, called "Psychological Suffering", on their website and MySpace.

The track comes off their upcoming debut CD 'First War', which will be released on March 24th.

DUTCH METAL RECORDS has inked a deal with Dutch Metalheads WARMASTER! WARMASTER is set to release their long awaited debut-cd 'FIRST WAR' On March 24th.

'First War' is recorded and mixed at A.M. Studio, which has worked for bands such as Infinited Hate, Funeral Winds, Dark Remains and many others. Robbe K is responsible for mastering 'First War'.
WARMASTER will go on tour to support the release of 'First War', dates will be announced soon!
WARMASTER has created an album which takes Death metal back to basics, yet agressive music and is determined to conquer the metal scene!
